The Appletree Cottage Bed and Breakfast is situated in the small village of Sutton Courtenay, two miles from Milton Business Park, Abingdon, 4 miles from Abingdon and 8 miles from Wallingford.

To reach us you can travel down the A34 until you reach the Didcot turn off (marked services). From there, take the lane for Milton Business Park. Follow the road around and turn left at the sign for Sutton Courtenay. Follow the road through Milton village until you get to the mini roundabout. Turn right into Sutton Road. This road will lead you into Sutton Courtenay. Follow the road through the village, passing the petrol station on the mini roundabout and then the Plough public house. At the end of the road you will reach a triangle junction, turn right. On your way you pass The Swan and George & Dragon public houses, and around the corner the Fish public house. Then pass the turning on the left marked for Abingdon, we are the second driveway on the left-hand side. If you notice you have passed all the houses and are heading out of the village, you have missed us!
